A única vantagem de estar completamente errado é que novas ideias deixam de ser uma ameaça.
Quando temos a humildade de reconhecer que nem sempre temos razão, abrimos espaço para aprender, crescer, evoluir e mudar. O verdadeiro obstáculo não está em errar; está em ter orgulho suficiente para insistir no erro.
Ninguém nasce a saber tudo. Todos temos algo para aprender e, muitas vezes, é precisamente a capacidade de ouvir, questionar e aceitar novas ideias que nos permite avançar.
Na aviação angolana, precisamos de incentivar e valorizar quem tem a coragem de investir, criar e formar. Iniciativas de capacitação, formação profissional, preparação da nova geração e promoção da igualdade de género são fundamentais para construirmos uma indústria mais forte e sustentável.
É importante não penalizar quem, com iniciativa própria e recursos próprios, decide desenvolver projectos e criar oportunidades para outros. Pelo contrário, devemos procurar formas de apoiar e potenciar essas iniciativas em benefício do país.
A H2Air acredita nisso e vai continuar.
Mesmo perante os desafios, dificuldades e obstáculos, continuaremos a investir na formação e capacitação de profissionais, porque acreditamos que o futuro da aviação angolana passa necessariamente pelo conhecimento, pela competência e pela preparação da nova geração.
Não pretendemos ter todas as respostas. Pretendemos continuar a aprender, melhorar e fazer a nossa parte.
Os desafios não nos fazem desistir. Reforçam a nossa determinação.

When we have the humility to accept that we are not always right, we create room to learn, grow, evolve and change. The real obstacle is not making mistakes; it is being too proud to admit them and continuing to defend them.
Nobody is born knowing everything. We all have something to learn, and often it is our ability to listen, question and embrace new ideas that allows us to move forward.
In Angola’s aviation sector, we need to encourage and value those who have the courage to invest, create and train. Initiatives focused on capacity building, professional training, empowering the next generation and promoting gender equality are essential to building a stronger and more sustainable industry.
We should not penalise those who, through their own initiative and using their own resources, choose to develop projects and create opportunities for others. Instead, we should look for ways to support and strengthen these initiatives for the benefit of our country.
H2Air believes in this and will continue.
Despite the challenges, difficulties and obstacles, we will continue investing in the training and development of aviation professionals because we believe that the future of Angolan aviation depends on knowledge, competence and the preparation of the next generation.
We do not claim to have all the answers. We simply intend to keep learning, improving and doing our part.
Challenges will not make us give up. They strengthen our determination.
